Jay Bernard has been making Handmade Soap since 1989. It is made in the time honored soap-making tradition: one small batch at a time, each taking three days to complete. Jay's production is a virtually Waste-Free craft. He follows the Eco-Conscious values set down by early pioneers that ask that we husband our resources and create useful products from everyday ingredients; that we make good use of animal, vegetable and minerals frequently wasted or discarded - Jay's soap molds for example began life as humble sardine cans. Jay Design Handmade Soap is a fine quality, long lasting soap that is gently cleansing. Made from natural ingredients, it is rich with glycerin, and contains no artificial colorings, filler additives or preservatives.
